# Connections

A connection lets ako work with a tool your team already uses. Each one either **acts as you**, with your own access, or **acts as Ako**, with a shared identity your organisation set up. Every connection page says which.

Admins manage your organisation's connections under **Settings**, then **Connections**. Select **Connections** in the sidebar to see what you can use yourself.
